Electronic Medical Record

State Health department embarked on a statewide Electronic Medical Record (EMR) modernisation program to replace legacy systems with a unified digital healthcare platform spanning multiple hospitals and regional clinics. Florence Health was engaged to provide end-to-end digital business assurance services, including strategic consulting, quality engineering, and AI-driven test automation, to support the EMR rollout across 80+ facilities.

State Health Department

Test Centre of Excellence

State Healthcare department launched a digital transformation initiative to modernise its statewide telehealth and patient-management systems. Florence Health was engaged to establish a Test Centre of Excellence (TCoE) offering consortium-based services for functional testing, performance validation, and continuous monitoring across web, mobile, and integration layers serving over 200 hospitals and clinics.
